3 months in the camera film

This film had been in my camera for more than 3 months. I had a bad time processing it. It just wouldn’t got on the spool, I got more and more frustrated until I eventually cut the film in half and put the other half on another spool. Subsequently II fogged about a third of all the pictures. These are some that made it.

‘Oxford St’, mostly, with a bit of ‘London Burning’

Shot on Valentines day, a consumers day. I took most of the pictures on Oxford St, just looking at people on the street. Its a project which has been in my mind for a long time, but never really come out. Today I think I got a couple of goodens. Also there are three shots which have been horribly over processed which I have called ‘London Burning’, I don’t normally do anything like that but, it happened, so I thought I’d go with it. I’m still doubtful though.

Night Bus

Crimson flames tied through my ears
Rollin’ high and mighty traps
Pounced with fire on flaming roads
Using ideas as my maps
“We’ll meet on edges, soon,” said I
Proud ’neath heated brow
Ah, but I was so much older then
I’m younger than that now
